各位好朋友們,明天又要吃素嚕！這一次,我們介紹不一樣的,
新的一年,換個新花樣！
農曆十五那天,我們中西混合,沒想到主角配角搭配起來,
哈！竟也能意外的好吃到不行ㄝ！
一條20公分的麵包,大少爺一個人就喀掉3條,外加一堆洋芋泥,8條小熱狗,3盤湯,
而小少爺只比大少爺少一條麵包,其他的都一樣,真的很可觀～
香椿火腿洋芋泥
這到洋芋泥熱量不高,材料是：整顆蒸熟的馬鈴薯,香椿原醬,火腿切小丁
調味料：鹽,糖,胡椒各少許
再加上有攪拌器的關係,很快就完成了;
麵包
我特地去買法國土司專用麵粉來做,不過我們不喜歡法國土司乾乾硬硬的口感,
於是在材料比例上調整了一下,做成外酥內鬆軟的麵包,咬起來,很香!!
蔬菜蘑菇濃湯
（麵包沾濃湯一起吃很棒喔！）
另外,再炒個西洋芹,搭配上幾枝考素熱狗,
給孩子們再一次不一樣的素食體驗，好吃又兼顧到營養;
其實,素食也是可以有很多花樣可以變換的,
偶而的不一樣,我玩的開心,孩子們也吃的盡興,一舉多得～
